Are you the same person? Over the years, your attributes have changed. You have always been becoming a new being undergoing a process of loss and reparation. Your hair, your flesh, your bones, your blood, each and every cell of your whole body have been replaced many times over.
Not only your body, but also your character, your habits,
opinions, desires, pleasures, pains, fears, knowledge have all changed. New
ones come into existence and old ones disappear. Are you the same person? This
is a 2,400-old question put by Plato. What is your answer?
