Ooty (Vuthagha-mandalam) is a hill resort in Tamil Nadu, India. I took this photo many years ago at a Flower Show competition there. The map consisted entirely of plants and flowers. The photo was originally in black & white. I added different colors to different states. If the original were a color-photo, the colors would have faded by now.
